Return Policy
We have a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiate your return by reaching out to us at certified.elite.outfits@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and any other information needed.
Upon approval of your return, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on sending the package. Items sent without a prior return request won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will guide you in the process of exchanging the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. Reach out for clarification on specific items.
Refunds and Restocking Fee
Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We'll notify you of the refund approval status after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to complete the refund.

Exchanges
For a swift exchange, return the item you have, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return it, without justification. Follow the same conditions as the general return policy.
